- Indication: Fluctuant perianal abscess.

- Special instruments: Scalpel, mosquito clamps, packing.
Step Workflow
- Lithotomy or prone jackknife.
- Palpate and incise closest to point of fluctuance.
- Break loculations; irrigate.
- Leave open for drainage or place loose seton if tract identified.
